SLAS2017 will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mt Vernon Pl NW, Washington, DC 20001.
Individual Hotel Reservations
SLAS has partnerships in place with the following hotels and service providers in order to provide conference participants the best rates and convenience. SLAS has negotiated discounted rates at these hotels. While the hotel rates include a rebate to SLAS to help offset the costs of the Convention Center rental, in order to keep registration costs down, the negotiated rates are below standard guest rates quoted at the hotels if you are using the SLAS group discount site or code.
All hotels are adjacent to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The Marriott Marquis Washington, DC hotel is the official SLAS2017 headquarters hotel. It’s the closest hotel to the SLAS meeting space within the convention center and it’s connected to it via an indoor underground walkway.
The deadline to reserve hotel rooms at the SLAS2017 group negotiated rate was January 5th. All but the Marquis are sold out. Please see below for additional hotel options.

There are three (3) international airports serving the Washington, DC area. Those airports are Reagan National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
Reagan National Airport is the closest airport to the convention center/official SLAS2017 hotels and is also the only airport with direct Metro access.
