World-Class Podium Presentations Offer SLAS2017 Participants a Wide Range of Learning Opportunities
SLAS2017 offers participants a world-class scientific program that showcases the top laboratory science and technology podium presentations from industry leaders around the world. Each podium presentation is hand selected by the SLAS2017 Scientific Program Committee from hundreds of abstract submissions. Presentations offer SLAS2017 participants compelling content and new perspectives on emerging laboratory technologies from a broad range of industries, including drug discovery and development, informatics, clinical diagnostics, food and agricultural sciences, forensics and security sciences, petrochemicals and energy, and consumer products.
A complete schedule of podium presentations and conference activities will be available in fall 2016.
SLAS2017 Educational Tracks
The SLAS2017 scientific program features seven educational tracks:
- Advances in Bioanalytics, Biomarkers and Diagnostics
- Assay Development and Screening
- Automation and High-Throughput Technologies
- Cellular Technologies
- Data Analysis and Informatics
- Drug Target Strategies
- Micro- and Nanotechnologies

The Scientific Program Committee selects speakers based on the innovation, relevance and applicability of research. If your proposed topic does not squarely fit into the focus of one of these tracks, please submit it for the committee's consideration anyway. The committee members use their judgment and experience to select presentations that best address the interests and priorities of today's life sciences discovery and technology community.
Podium Presentations
SLAS2017 presents 140 unique podium presentations that span seven educational tracks and 36 sessions. Podium presentations are presented on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in both morning and afternoon sessions. Podium presentations are organized into seven educational tracks. The committee members use their judgment and experience to select presentations that best address the interests and priorities of today's life sciences discovery and technology community.
Podium abstracts will be assessed in late summer and the podium program will be finalized and published by early October.

Poster Presentations
SLAS2017 will feature over 350 unique poster presentations. Posters are displayed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning with actual presentations taking place between 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Monday or Tuesday. The Scientific Program Committee will begin poster reviews in October and confirm posters on a rolling/monthly basis between October and January. As posters are confirmed, abstracts and presentation dates will be posted within the SLAS2017 Event Scheduler.

Keynote Speakers
